Seriously, fantastic work. The palette is perfect for the subject, the composition is seriously ambitious, everything is well painted, and the focus is clear--in short, it's awesome.
Possible minor crit:the bald man on the right directly above the crouching blonde guy seems a little small for his perceived location. On the other hand, maybe he just has a little frame. ;p

I still wonder how you achieve this traditional look in your works.

I was tempted to say that the window in the background could need more work, but when I look at this painting, I'm left in silence. Seriously, you've got some wonderful skills, girl! Take good careof them, and don't forget to appreciate your talent!
This is one of those paintings that really inspires me to try harder myself. I love the way the characters interact, and how you capture minor details like the dog in front of the horse. The technical stuff is brilliant too, and the horses look excellent. I like the contrast between the brown horse's colour and the white mane.
Is this from a fantasy book, or a historical book?
Top marks!
